Your Instructor
Sally first became interested in massage in 1983 while working with theatrical performers. She became certified in 1992, obtaining her State License in Nevada in 2006 when she opened Thérapie – a massage and bodywork office specializing in Medical Massage.
After being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2008, Sally found that receiving bodywork throughout her treatment made her recovery much easier than that of other women she met who were going through similar treatment. With information from her surgeons, Sally created ‘The Spurgeon Method®’ to help these women. She now teaches therapists nationwide, hoping to ease the journey of every woman following breast cancer surgery.
